Custom Screen Design
With new enhancements made to the Reform Printer Driver, custom screens
can be designed in order to fit the customer’s document workflow. The
customized screen can request information about all the devices that the
user intends to send the document to (such as fax, email, archiving, and
printing) all on one screen.

Document Control
- Device Monitor Website
Users can check the status of their document deliveries and make sure
they have reached their intended destinations properly with the new
Device Monitor website.
- Sorting Order
Since there are certain cases where priority jobs need to be processed
before others, a new feature has been added to control the sorting order
for incoming print streams.
- Schedule Backup Directory Purging
The backup directory can often become cluttered with files. Purging
these documents can be scheduled to occur at certain times.
- Script Control of PDFs
New security controls offer 128 bit encryption and client specific
passwords that allow clients to open documents in either a read or write
state.
- Native CSV conversion
Introducing a new, easier way of converting CSV files. Native CSV
conversions eliminates the need for Decision Maker or other Device
Script processing—just open the CSV file in the Designer and the
information will be displayed in an easy to use format.

Tag Doc – formerly known as Scan to Reform
- Vertical Barcode Reading
Due to the lack of space on some forms, vertical barcodes can now be
used. Reform’s barcode reader can read these vertical barcodes as well
as horizontal barcodes.
- Noise Control for Barcode Reading
Because scanning hardware can be exposed to all types of environments,
quality of scanned documents cannot be guaranteed. The new barcode
reader has an adjustment that provides 100% accurate readings—even with
poor quality scans.
- OCR Engine
The scripting plug-in includes an OCR engine that will extract text from
images. Although most information being processed through Reform is
vector/ text, there are cases where bit maps need to be processed as
well, such as with Tag Doc.
