Product - Intact Premier Intact Premier offers companies the most sophisticated document management product provided by InfoDynamics, Inc. Intact Premier is easy to use, and offers customers more functionality by including a robust zonal OCR with a barcode capture front-end called inZone. This provides for automation and rule based capture of data from forms and documents. Also included, secure and full featured web services which allow users to search, retrieve, and add documents using their browser as the client. Additionaly, CD and DVD management provide for a more advanced archiving and tracking of electronic documents in the Intact repository.

HOW INTACT WORKS
Intact was built to provide you the information you need with just a simple search.

• Intact quickly and logically files documents from outside sources (letters, contracts, articles, notes. . .) or PC files (word processing files, spreadsheets, accounting reports, e-mails, web pages. . .)
• The documents are labeled with common attributes or attributes that are specific to your organization and organized in a familiar hierarchy of digital cabinets, drawers and folders.
• Using plain English rather than cryptic programming searches, you get all the power and flexibility to instantly return the information you need. Search through all the content of a document or narrow your search by choosing the title, document date, author, customer number or date. Keep searches open or zone in on relevant information at the cabinet, drawer or folder level.
• For added confidentiality, Intact features a role-based security system that restricts access to specified sensitive cabinets, drawers or folders. Intact gives you and your organization the peace of mind that an employee's "view of the company knowledge" is as broad or as limited as deemed appropriate.
