Job Description


As a Sales Manager of our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Chicago, you will hire, train and supervise entry-level and experienced sales representatives. You will also focusing on conducting, consulting, managing and administering all assigned sales activities within our current client base need to cultivate new opportunities. You must be able to being immediately to qualify for this position.

Duties

Hire and train new personnel Oversee and manage sales representatives within territory
Provide support, knowledge and guidance to sales representatives
Day-to-day sales activities
Create new opportunities within territory
Provided excellent customer service when needed

Requirements

  • Management experience in the office equipment industry
  • Available to begin working immediately
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and follow-through skills
  • General computer skills, preferred

Entry-Level Sales Representative

Job Description


Business to Business selling position responsible for conducting, consulting, managing, and administering all assigned sales activities, within our current client base and cultivating new opportunities. This position is responsible for growing our extensive client base, conducting outside sales calls, and selling our award winning line of products, solutions, and services.

DPOE is looking to fill these sales positions in our Elk Grove Village location.
DPOE is looking for people who are hard working, competitive, goal oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Some computer skills and previous office equipment sales experience are preferred, but not required.

Duties

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

IT Solutions Sales Representative

Job Description

This Business to Business selling position is responsible for building relationships with CIO/IT Director/Network Admin level decision makers within corporate environments. You will do this by conducting, managing, consulting and administering all assigned sales activities within our current client base. Another aspect of the position entails perusing and cultivating new opportunities to expand our extensive client base by way of outside sales calls and selling our award winning line of products, solutions and services.

DPOE is looking to fill these positions in our Elk Grove Village location.


Requirements
  • Minimum of two years in IT/Technology Solution sales with a proven track record in prospecting and maintaining client relationships
  • Tech savvy personality, is a plus
  • Track record of presenting comprehensive solutions to decision makers, is a plus
