You and your employees can call anytime during business hours (8:30am-5:00pm and speak to a Helpdesk Specialist about problems they are experiencing for no extra fee.

þ Quarterly Network Tune Up:
Every Quarter a Network Engineer will conduct a thorough audit and tune up of your network to:

• Review and update available security patches

• Check status of Anti-Virus Clients

• Test peripherals, such as UPS(s)

• Review hard drive space, memory, CPU utilization

• Review network documentation and make changes as necessary

• Review routers, firewalls, switches for failure or problems

• Optimize server for maximum performance and reliability

• Review and install operating system updates

• Test backup

• In-depth review of server logs for errors and potential problems

þ Remote Management for 1 Server and 4 Devices
A Network Engineer will be assigned to remotely maintain your pre-defined devices. (5 hours maximum).

þ Scheduled On-site Visits
A Network Engineer will be assigned to visit your facility 3 times a month (maximum is 4 hours per month). These visits are
pre-scheduled so your employees will have time to organize their problems or questions.

þ Discount on Support Labor beyond Remote Management and On-Site schedule

• Remote Support for $75/ hour billed in 15-Minute Increments

• On-Site Support for $100/hour on Standard Technical Support Issues (3 hour block minimum)

þ Guaranteed 2-Hour Response to Technical Problems

þ Virus / Spyware Removal and Cleaning

þ Adding and Removing Network Users

þ Software Upgrades (labor only) and Service Pack installation
