BU/DR creates the exact server or workstation disk image for a complete backup providing organizations with the most comprehensive, reliable, and cost effective data protection. The disk backup file includes all the computer disk data
including system, programs, databases, and the like. After a system crash, BU/DR allows administrators to perform a
full system restore, a bare-metal restore or just a restore of data bases, files, or folders in minutes.

þ FREE Server Restore
In the case of fire, flood, or other disaster, we will restore your server to its original state. (Labor only. Software and
hardware costs are additional.)

þ DISCOUNT on Project Work:
All project work labor will be covered under a discounted service contract. This includes any and all upgrades,
additions, updates, etc.

þ FREE Server and Workstation Loaner in the event of a workstation or server crash (based on DPOE inventory availability)
