Summary
SharpAccountant is a
versatile and powerful tool designed to help you track and
allocate the cost of operating your Sharp Digital IMAGERs.
Now you can easily monitor and track your IMAGER’s copy,
print, scan and color activity and compile valuable data
that can affect your company’s
bottom line. With SharpAccountant, you can allocate costs for each “click”
and track them by account code & name, device, group and
function.
Detailed Description
With SharpAccountant, you can
analyze MFP usage by account code, device and function
(copy, print, fax, scan or color). By tracking device and
usage,
you can easily load balance and deploy popular
options such as color, scan and fax. You can be sure that
all MFPs are being used to their maximum efficiency.
SharpAccountant allows you to develop cost profiles for
each device. By assigning accurate cost profiles for your
devices, you can get an overview of your
bottom line. You
also can view data numerically and graphically. Data can
also be exported in “.CSV” or “tab delimited” formats for
easy importing into
popular spreadsheet applications. You
also have the option of emailing reports directly from SharpAccountant.
Several enhancements have been made to SharpAccountant 2.0 Including:
• Now supports MX-2300N/2700N , MX-3500N/3501N/4501N and MX-5500N/6200N/7000N
• Enhanced email support to include: IMAP and Microsoft Exchange Server (WEBDAV)
• Simpler and quicker installation
• User interface enhancements- Enhanced reporting capabilities to include:
Reports on individual devices or accounts
Reports on ad-hoc or pre-defined sets of devices or accounts
Now tracks fax usage
