Sharpdesk's™ powerful search function lets you quickly find the documents you need by full text search. The full text search utility yields results with unique thumbnail view and summary for faster recognition of the correct file. With Sharpdesk™ Composer you can combine different types of files into a single document through simple drag-and-drop operation. An annotation function in Sharpdesk™ Imaging provides a range of useful editing tools, including text, labels and stamps, allowing network users to check and proofread documents without overwriting the original files-and without having to print a hard copy. Sharpdesk™ is included with the Network Scanning Expansion kits for Sharp digital Imagers and FO-DC series devices, which enables you to turn your digital printer/copier into a network scanner, allowing you to scan paper documents, forward them or even convert them into editable digital files.
